Vintron has 2 manufacturing units, one at New Delhi and the second one at Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, which comes under special economic zone (SEZ). Our facilities are ISO 9001:2008 accredited and has been audited by renowned OEM's as per global standards.
We at Vintron adopt Total Quality Control (TQC) approach through total participation and commitment from management to operator's level.
Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) -
Our Printed circuit board assembly area is spread over 30,000 square feet, with manufacturing capacity of more than 100,000 components per hour. We can mount both axial and radial components. Our manual insertion line has fully motorized conveyor belts, anti-static matting, wave soldering machines, Temperature Controlled Soldering Station etc. We are also doing lead free assemblies for both SMT and through-hole.
SMT Assembly -
Our SMT facility is designed to handle BGA, µBGA, 0402 and 0201 package components with combined output of 200,000 components per hour. With complete UPS backup and additional capability of handling board sizes up to 700mm long by 460mm wide makes our SMT suitable for most applications. Our fully automated SMT facility includes screen printers, high speed chip shooters, lead free assembly and complete online temperature profiling of reflow oven.
Test Solutions -
We offer an array of test solutions to ensure that your product is well build, reliable, safe and thoroughly tested. Our test services include- Fully customized functional testing, Visual check, functional test jig and final inspection analysis. We also offer basic measurements like oscilloscope, frequency counters, spectrum analyzer etc.
