Jobwork Manufacturing
Vintron work's with many OEM's in diverse industry segments to meet their manufacturing requirements. Some customers provide us with all the material, raw board and components, required for a job, we assemble the printed circuit board (PCB) and perform testing as per customer requirements. Then we deliver the board to our customer who does the final assembly of the device.
Vintron here essentially provides its labor and manufacturing expertise for the assembly of the circuit boards.
Turnkey Manufacturing
Here essentially we develop and purchase all the electronic components, mechanical box, cable harness, packing etc as per the requirement of the customer. Do the assembly and testing of the device, then final packing, along with labeling and shipping the complete product ready for sale to our customer.
We have the resources and expertise to deliver the final product to our customer and become partners in their production process.
Pilot production
We are happy to help our customers during engineering or manufacturing development stages, by undertaking small quantity production orders, so that the customer can 'prove-out' their new design or manufacturing development before starting full-scale production.
Vintron also offers extensive design engineering solutions and services to our customers, with the help of our associates, so that it helps in creating optimal designs within the limited time span.
After Sales Service
Our goal is to free our customer’s from the day to day problems of production so that they can concentrate on their core competence. Incase of failure of the electronic PCB or the final device at the end of our customer, due to manufacturing defect, we are willing to depute our engineers to find the cause of the failure, and repair the faulty product free of cost.
